Interactive experiences & game prototypes

Interactive concepts and game prototypes developed around a clear experience, with VOIDFALL as an independent game project in the portfolio.

Built around your requirements

An interactive project gives people something to explore, manipulate or discover rather than a page to read. I develop interactive concepts and game prototypes with a focus on the experience itself: what the player or visitor should understand, do and feel.

The work begins by identifying the smallest useful prototype. That might test an interaction, a navigation idea or a gameplay loop before a larger production is planned. Platform requirements, input methods and the available assets shape the scope from the beginning.

VOIDFALL is the independent game project in the StrixBG portfolio. Its case study introduces the floating-world adventure and links to the dedicated support page. It sits alongside the website and application work as a separate area of development.

For a new interactive project, describe the intended audience, the platform, the central interaction and what you want the prototype to demonstrate. We can then discuss the scope, the assets that are available and the questions the first version should answer. Ongoing game content or a full production is scoped separately from an initial prototype.

Who this is for

  • Ideas that need a working interaction before a full production
  • Browser-based experiences and interactive concepts
  • Independent game prototypes with a defined question to test

What the work can include

  • A defined interaction or gameplay concept
  • A prototype within the agreed platform and scope
  • Input and interface work for the intended experience
  • Review notes and next-step recommendations

How we work together

  1. Define the experience and the question to test
  2. Choose the platform and review available assets
  3. Build the smallest useful prototype
  4. Play through the experience and assess the next step

Let’s scope the next step.

A short outline of your project is enough to begin.
